Participants are divided into teams - every team competes against each other to win parts of a bicycle. If teams fail to win these parts, they must ‘buy’ them with money (game money) that has been allocated to each team. After teams collect all the parts they need, they build the bicycles, which are then donated to a non-profit organization that provides bicycles to those in need.
