Know The Activity

The Outbound Experience involves taking the team to a secluded location, away from the hustle of city life to take pause, reflect, regroup and come back refreshed. The outbound Experience can be curated for small or medium-sized groups of people.

The entire experience can last between two to three days and involves motivational and strategy sessions, and activity-based learning sessions that are carefully designed with the organizations’ core values and objectives in mind. Further, adventure-based outdoor activities are also used as a methodology for learning. Each session is facilitated by experienced instructors, and reflective debriefing sessions help solidify learning goals. 

All equipment is Petzl certified and all instructors are certified by the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering.

He and Utsav have the power to electrify larger groups. And that is how they decided to Co-found Team Builders India.

Apart from being the lead gap-finder at Team Builders India, Sahil is also the acting COO and manages execution for all the programs.

A voracious, dynamic public speaker & Orator who started training delivery at a young age of 21 with IIM Ranchi, Utsav has carved a niche for himself in the experiential learning space. He has delivered workshops for associate level workers of Maruti to the top Management of MARS Chocolates to DRDO Scientists.
